November 11, 2007: The DVDs4Vets website is now live. This will allow donors to locate and contact V.A. facilities and State Vet homes to make direct delivery of DVDs and CDs for the benefit of veterans.
In operation for a year, DVDs4Vets started as a grass roots project in Fairfield County CT under the direction of Frank Nicholson, himself a veteran of the Korean conflict. To date, DVDs4Vets has collected more than 5,000 DVDs which have been distributed to more than 100 V.A. hospitals throughout the USA.
